Yuna (ユナ) is the main protagonist of the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear series and lives in Crimonia. She also has houses in numerous other locations such as the Royal Capital and the Elf Village.
Appearance
Yuna has long bluish-green hair that reaches down to her waist, and red ribbons on her sidelocks. She has reddish-pink eyes. She is described as a beauty by others, but she does not realize it herself. She also claims that she's only slightly shorter than average than most girls her age[2] and that her chest is only slightly smaller than most other girls'[3].
In the other world that Yuna gets sent to, she wears a bear onesie in which the outside is black, the inside is white, and it is reversible. On her right hand, she wears a Black bear glove, and on her left hand, she wears a White bear glove, while on her feet she wears a Black bear shoe on the right foot and wears a White bear shoe on the left foot. The onesie is secured by the ribbon at her neck, and if she loosens it, then it will fall right off.
In the light novel and anime, Yuna realizes that she doesn't have anything to wear underneath her bear suit except the bear underwear that came with it, so she goes out with Fina to buy shirts to wear underneath.
Other outfits
Yuna has had a few opportunities to wear other outfits although she has only done so if she is allowed to continue wearing her bear gloves and bear shoes. She has worn:

Personality
Yuna is initially presented as a lazy, carefree and lonely NEET. She is someone who spends the time of her daily life in World Fantasy Online, without much interest in real life things, and according to her, life sucks and there is no one that she can consider close, much less a friend. Due to her lonely attitude, she believes that she does not need friends and will be fine on her own, which is supported by her independent personality, being able to live on her own without help from her parents.
She also seems to be an otaku (or a hikikomori), not only having knowledge in video games but also in light novels of the fantasy theme.
When she gets sent to the other world, Yuna acts skeptically, but later realises that it is actually another world, which does not seem to surprise her much, re-affirming her carefree attitude towards almost anything, and accompanied by her pessimistic thinking about real life, Yuna feels excited to live in another world.
But, Yuna's true personality is much more than that. She is quite confident in terms of her skills and knowledge. She also shows a stoic behaviour in various situations, such as when she was about to face an adventurer whose power she did not know. She also made clear her dislike for this adventurer and people similar to him. That in WFO, there used to be people like that too, that is why she was able to act insensitive, cruel, and ruthless against them, provoking them and then asking them to keep their promise to give up adventurers. Yuna also mentioned that she has a nasty habit of assuming the worst in people. One of her weaknesses is that she has a slight fear of spiders (WN 629).
Despite her somewhat anti-social demeanor, Yuna is exceptionally kind and has a certain sense of justice. She also shows a soft side towards some little sister-like girls, like Fina. She is also quite protective of her friends as she went to great lengths to keep them safe or rescue them.
She doesn't care much about what people think of her, and although she was initially embarrassed to wear the bear suit, she got used to it, even though it's awkward to get so many stares.
Despite being a NEET, Yuna shows a high level of intelligence and resourcefulness. She can make billions of yen from stocks allowing her to live a comfortable life without ever having to leave her home. She is quite knowledgeable in video games and is an experienced player. Also, she can be manipulative at times, like when she heard that the guild remains neutral in the face of conflicts between adventurers, she took the opportunity to say that she had not yet joined the guild; and that because she had been attacked by adventurers, the guild should support her as a citizen.
Background
Yuna is a fifteen-year-old girl who lives by herself. She became socially withdrawn at age twelve of her own choice to play World Fantasy Online as much as possible. After Yuna gave them 100 million yen (3 million yen in the anime), her parents left her to her own volition. They only return home whenever they ran out of money to spend, causing Yuna to secretly move out into a luxury apartment to hide from her parents. When she dropped out of school she gained far too much free time so she spent it either playing games or picking up different hobbies to pass the time, and when World Fantasy Online came out she spent entire days playing the game, except for the time needed for eating and sleeping. One day, she was transported into an alternate world, by a being claiming to be a god, that resembled the game itself and was stuck there. However, she enjoyed her new life there as it was more fulfilling than her old one.
The only stuff a hermit fifteen-year-old like Yuna knew came from manga, television, and the occasional whimsical light novel[4].

Bear Products
Yuna has introduced various products into the world from Earth, many of them being bear themed:
Facilities
Yuna owns up to three locations in Crimonia:
Although Yuna doesn't really own the orphanage, she became its patron and built a clucker farm there so the orphanage can produce eggs to sell so it can become self financing. Tirumina helps with the egg selling business.
This is Yuna's first restaurant, which was originally a noble's mansion. Morin is the manager and her daughter Karin is the deputy store manager. Their relative Nerin later becomes an employee. Children from the orphanage work as employees here. The restaurant also has a second floor that serves as Morin and Karin's home. The uniforms that Karin and the children wear are bear costumes, which the kids like while Karin at first considers it embarrassing; however, she soon got used to it. The bear costumes weren't Yuna's idea at first, but she relented when the children beg her to let them wear the costumes.
This is Yuna's second restaurant, which was also originally a noble's mansion. The store manager is Anzu and her three friends serves as clerks. Children from the orphanage, who also wear bear costumes, also work here. Anzu and her friends were originally given bear costumes to wear as uniforms, but they didn't like them, so they are instead given bear embroidered aprons. The second floor also serves as a home for Anzu and her friends.

Trivia
- It is estimated that Yuna may have over ten billion yen according to the in-game conversion of her money. (About $100,000,000)
- Maki Kawase, Yuna's voice actor performed the ending theme "Ano ne." (あのね。, "You Know What.")
- Yuna enjoyed drawing manga when she was in her original world.
- She also seems to remember many recipes from her original world such as pudding and pizza which helps her create her restaurant
- It is hinted that the name ”Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear" may have been named from Yuna repeating "Kuma" 3 times, in 3 different writings in Japanese and then saying "Bear" when she was thinking about her job class.
- In the Dub, Yuna usually speaks in a dull tone unless she's genuinely happy; not count her raising her voice in irritation.
- Yuna has more common sense than the people of her new world, largely due to the fact her values and knowledge are centuries ahead of them.
- Because of such, she comes off as a bit crazy (minus the bear outfit, which she never says is the source of all her abilities as a safety measure).
- For her detesting how the Bear Suit looks, Yuna never considered altering it into something more normal; though the suit may be immune to being cut or magically altered (if Yuna doesn't know how to sew).
- She is able to ignore magical restrictions like the barrier around the Sacred Tree in the Elf Village and she suspects she'd also be able to use the Labyrinth Map if she tried it. This is likely a blessing from the god who sent her to her new world.
- So far, the only character who can fight back against Yuna is Brad, but she still proved to be stronger than him.
