Noire Foschurose (ノアール・フォシュローゼ, Noāru Foshurōze), often known as Noa (prefers to be called), is one of the main characters of Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear series. She is a 10-year-old girl and noble who resides in the town of Crimonia.

Noire has long blond hair that reaches her waist and light-colored eyes. She is wearing a light-colored dress.
Personality
Noire has a slightly spoiled and prideful attitude though not to the point of being offhanded but rather cute and childish. Noire seems to not mind associating with people outside her social class to a certain degree and became friends with Fina even with their social status difference.
Background
Noire's father is the Feudal Lord of Crimonia, and together they live in a mansion located there, while her mother and sister live together at the Capital City.
Relationships
Cliff Foschurose
Noire's father. Noire adores her father very much especially after he invites Yuna to lets Noire to see the bears when she got curious.
Shia Foschurose
Shia is Noire's older sister. Although Shia lives in the Capital City with her mother, they are still very close and love each other very much.
Yuna
There apparently 2 different version when Noa saw Yuna the first time in Novel Vol 11.5 she saw Yuna the first time at the adventure guild when she let some other adventurers enjoy air bungee jumping. The other version of the first time when Noire sees Yuna the first time is when she spots her riding her bears in town. Noire got intrigued and tells her father, Cliff about it, making him invite Yuna so that Noire gets to see the bears. Yuna is later requested by Cliff to escort Noire to the Capital City.
Fina
After meeting Fina, Noire realises that she was not the first person to see Kumayuru and Kumakyuu. Since they are the same age, they also have a rivalry declared by Noire for the bears although Fina wasn't very positive about it. Noire was also seen to be slightly envious that Yuna and Fina a close friends and had saved each other many times.
